DELIVERY TIME

Orders should arrive within 2-10 workdays after we have received payment, but may vary depending on the destination. 3Fvision is NOT responsible for any delays of your package during delivery, 3Fvision has NO control over this. By placing an order with us, you accept the risk that your package may be delayed during shipment.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

You understand and agree that 3Fvision shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages done by any of the services we provide. All items are purchased at your own risk. Any damage caused from shipping is to be taken up by you with the shipping company. 3Fvision will provide you with the tracking number and contact information for the shipping company as needed. Once this information is provided to you, it is your responsibility as the customer to contact and deal with the shipping company. We do not assume any responsibility for lost packages.

IMPORT TAX

When ordering goods from 3Fvision for international deliveries you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes that apply to your country, 3Fvision is not responsible for any charges that are incurred from customs/duties whatsoever. Any additional charges for customs clearance are considered outside of our control and
3Fvision cannot predict the value of what these charges may be. For further information on custom and excise policies in your country, please contact your local customs office.

PAYMENT METHODS

Purchases made through the 3Fvision online store are secured through trusted internet payment processing companies PostFinance E.Finance and PayU. All personal debit and credit card information transmitted are handled by iDeal and PayU’s secure connections. All personal contact information transmitted to us will not be shared, sold or solicited. Receive your purchases first and pay afterwards within 14 days per invoice provided only for domestic. Complete the order form true and complete to the best of your knowledge and belief.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

3Fvision will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication and agreement. You can return item(s) within 7 days at your own expense (non-used item(s) in new condition). We will either exchange the item(s) and send it to you for free or refund your money minus shipping costs and/or additional fees. Both the returned item(s) and the packaging have to be in unused. If the package is damaged we will charge a fee of at least 15% of the value of the merchandise. Cancellation of orders: If an in stock/activated order is cancelled before it has been sent out, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 5 euro.

AVAILABILITY

We try our best to keep our webstore as up to date as possible. Even though our online stock is updated automatically, there is always a possibility the ordered item(s) marked “available” are NOT available in desired sizing and/or sold out. 3Fvision.com will try to inform you as soon as possible when this occurs and give you alternative options if possible.

Delivery time and personal collection of goods 

Standard delivery time for delivery of goods to the customer is 7 work days from the day of receipt of an order:   Mon-Fri 7.00 a.m. - 4.00 p.m., Sat 7.00 a.m. - 12.00 p.m. The orders that will not be collected within 14 days from the day on which they were placed will be cancelled automatically.

Method of transport

Transport is provided by 3F Vision s r.o., Česká pošta s.p. or by another carrier eligible for such service (Geis). For this purpose, the ordering party's (customer’s) order shall include the actual delivery and invoice address to which the ordered goods shall be delivered.

Throughout the Europe, the Geis carrier charges a transportation fee in the amount of 5 € per an individual order, whereas Česká pošta a.s. charges 5 €. In the case, the price of the ordered goods exceeds 150 € inclusive of VAT, the transportation fee shall not be charged.

Prices

The company 3F Vision s r.o. reserves the right to change prices of goods in the e-shop. As for the orders that have already been implemented and confirmed, prices of goods shall not be changed and shall be binding for both contracting parties.  

Method of payment

3F Vision s r.o. only accepts the following methods of payment for the ordered goods:

  • Advance payment to the account of 3F Vision s r.o. based on an invoice (sales receipt) that will be sent via the Internet to the e-mail address given by the ordering party (customer).

3F Vision s r.o. reserves the right not to deliver the goods to the ordering party (customer) in the case that the ordered goods are not fully paid for by the ordering party (customer) to the company before their delivery.
